Paul Grizzell

Paul has been actively engaged in Baldrige-based performance excellence since 1997 as a consultant, trainer, and public speaker. He helps organizations improve by helping to focus, align, and accelerate performance excellence initiatives through effective use of the Baldrige Excellence Framework, the China Quality Award, and the EFQM Excellence Model. A senior member of the American Society for Quality, Paul is a sought-after keynote speaker at performance excellence conferences around the globe. He is also the co-author, alongside Mark Blazey, of “Insights to Performance Excellence: Using the Baldrige Framework and Other Integrated Management Systems,” published by the American Society for Quality.
