Saad is a seasoned Operational Excellence specialist with a strong track record of optimizing business processes across diverse sectors, including Defense, Healthcare, Education, and Distribution. Over the course of his career, he has led improvements in more than 300 processes, delivering an estimated $15 million in value. Many of these achievements were driven by the adoption of global best practices. Saad has also had the privilege of working with the COER Team and serving as an assessor for the IBPC.
