Dr Moira Scerri is a Senior Lecturer at UTS Business School whose research examines how organisations improve service systems and create value through business excellence, innovation and collaboration. Her work spans strategic supply chains, service productivity, health care, aged care and emerging technologies. She partners with industry and community organisations to translate research into practical improvements. As an active contributor to Business Excellence Australia and the Global Excellence Council, she is particularly interested in benchmarking, organisational learning and impactful practice.
