Yuen Wah brings >30 years of in-depth practitioner experiences in BPR, experience design, organisational excellence and digital transformation. Her facilitative leadership in driving transformation at OCBC Bank had enabled the win of prestigious national awards – Singapore Quality Award (SQA) in 2014 and Service Excellence Award in 2009. She served as Lead Assessor for Singapore Business Excellence over the past 13 years (2006 – 2019), and as International Assessor for the Australian Business Excellence Award in 2011. She holds an MBA (with distinction) in Strategic Management from Strathclyde Graduate Business School and BSc (with honours) from the National University of Singapore.
