Stephanie M. Naidoo is Chairwoman of the Board for Business Excellence Australia and Chief Executive Officer of Blue Crane Consulting Group. A Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and global transformation expert, she has almost 30 years’ experience delivering complex operational excellence and continuous improvement programs. The world’s first Australian-certified Master Black Belt, Stephanie tailors methodologies to achieve measurable customer and business results, coaches executive boards for sustainable performance, and serves as Adjunct Faculty for Operational Excellence programs at UNSW and the Australian Graduate School of Management. Her global experience spans the United States of America, Australia, Africa and across Asia from India through to a 10-year career in Japan.
