Rob is a business improvement professional and civil engineer with more than 50 years’ experience working with Australian and Global organisations. Rob was the Awards Manager for the Australian Quality Council overseeing the business excellence evaluation process for Australia. Before this, Rob worked for over 20 years with Alcoa of Australia in Western Australia in a number of roles covering engineering construction, industrial engineering, information technology management, supply administration and quality development. Previously, Rob worked in New Zealand, Argentina, the U.K., Spain and Peru in various civil engineering roles. Rob has extensive experience in facilitating critical process identification and cycle time reduction projects as well as training groups of people at all levels in team-based problem-solving, quality concepts and improvement processes.
