Nancy Nouaimeh

Nancy Nouaimeh has extensive international experience across Europe and the Middle East. She is the Founder of Xcellium Consulting, a Shingo Licensed Affiliate in the MENA region, supporting public and private organizations in organizational excellence, PMO maturity and impact, and change adoption. Her work integrates the Shingo Model™, EFQM, and integrated management systems, with a strong focus on leadership behaviour and sustainable value creation. Nancy is an active member of the International Academy for Quality (IAQ) and the American Society for Quality (ASQ), and a senior assessor and jury member for multiple private and public excellence award programs.
