Harnek Singh

Harnek is a Business Excellence and Quality Advisor and Technical Expert with the Asian Productivity Organization (APO). He is a former President of the Asian Productivity Organization Quality and Productivity Organization (APQO) and former Chair of the Global Performance Excellence Award (GPEA) Governing Council. Formerly Vice President & Director, Business Excellence at ST Engineering, Harnek also chaired the Quality and Core Business Processes Committee of the Singapore Standards Council and served on the PHC Task Force. He is a Senior Consultant and Lead Assessor with ITEES for the GEMSET initiative, a Gold Jacket Lead Assessor for the Singapore Business Excellence Awards, and has led numerous Singapore Quality Award (SQA) and Business Excellence assessments. He is also an Academician of the International Academy for Quality (IAQ).
