Garvin is a seasoned HR (Talent & Leadership) & OD professional with over 18 years of practitioner’s experience in banking and public service organisations. Prior to his present stint in Wells Fargo, he worked for United Overseas Bank, Agency for Science, Technology, and Research (A*STAR), Ministry of Law, and the Civil Service College in Singapore. He had worked on several process benchmarking projects with sustainable improvements in both private and public organisations ranging from Cargill Asia Pacific, Singapore Prisons Service, Sembawang Airbase, Public Service Division, Building & Construction Authority and Agri-Veterinary Authority of Singapore, to name a few.
