Dr. Rassel Kassem is a management advisor, author, and researcher with over 25 years of experience in business excellence, quality management, strategy, and organizational development. He has contributed to the development and assessment of numerous national and international excellence awards, serving as a jury member and advisor. An author of six management books and numerous professional and academic publications, he also serves on advisory boards and as a visiting lecturer. His recent research explores artificial intelligence applications in business excellence assessment.
