Dr. Azizah is an Assistant Professor at INTI International University, Malaysia, with over 10 years of experience in academia and professional administration. She previously served in the Director’s Office for Occupational Safety and Health at UTMJB and as Head of Digital Learning Initiatives, leading student development and technology-enhanced learning programmes. Her expertise includes Educational Technology, AI, ICT-based service-learning, and sustainability. She has led national best-practice projects, received educational innovation awards, published in indexed journals, and served as a Visiting Research Fellow in Canada.
