Brian S. Lassiter

Brian Lassiter was elected President & CEO of the Alliance for Performance Excellence the summer of 2025. In his role, he supports a national network of state/regional Baldrige-based programs, overseeing all aspects of the organization’s strategy, operations, fundraising, and community engagement. The Alliance also administers the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Before joining the Alliance, Brian was President & CEO of the Performance Excellence Network. Lassiter brings 35 years of experience in helping leaders, organizations, and communities improve results.
